How can I delete my data?

In line with GDPR and Facebook privacy requirements, you can request deletion of data connected to the Spreenity Facebook integration at any time.

Automatic deletion

When you disconnect Facebook in the user dashboard, we remove the related tokens and integration data from our system.

Manual deletion request

You can also submit a deletion request by email:

• Email: support@spreenity.pl
• Subject: Facebook data deletion request
• Include: your Facebook ID or the email address linked to your account.

What will be deleted?

• Facebook access token
• Facebook Page information
• Facebook profile data
• Facebook publishing history

Processing time

Deletion requests are completed within 30 days in accordance with GDPR requirements.

Confirmation

Once your data is removed, we send a confirmation to the email linked to your account.
