How to connect Facebook Page to publishing tool

If you want to post to Facebook through Spreenity, connect your business page first. The entire process usually takes a few minutes, as long as you log in with the correct account and have access to the selected website.

What to prepare before the start

To connect, you need a Facebook Page, which is a Facebook page for your company, brand or project. A personal profile alone is not enough for publication.

  • Make sure you're logged in with the Facebook account that has access to the correct page.
  • If you manage a client or company site, check in advance whether you have the administrator role or appropriate access to the site.
  • If you have several pages, it's good to immediately know which one you want to choose for publication first.

How to connect Facebook Page step by step

  1. Log in to Spreenity and go to the "Accounts" tab.
  2. Click "Connect Facebook".
  3. Log in to Facebook and accept the necessary consents.
  4. Once Facebook is connected, Spreenity will download the pages you have access to.
  5. If you have one page, it can be set automatically. If you have several pages, one selected page must be set before publishing on Facebook.

After connecting your account, you can prepare a post and choose Facebook as the place to publish it. If you have more than one page, make sure you have one valid landing page set up in your account in advance.

What to do if you have several pages

It is normal for more than one page to appear after logging in. One Facebook connection can download several pages, but publishing to Facebook requires one selected landing page.

  • Check the name of the website and compare it with the one you use every day.
  • If you serve multiple brands or clients, check which pages were downloaded after Facebook connected.
  • If one selected page is not set, Facebook publishing will be blocked until it is set.

Why doesn't my site appear in the list?

Most often, the problem is not with the connection form itself, but with the fact that you are logging in with a different Facebook account or this account does not have access to the website.

First check access

If you don't see your Page, check roles and access in Meta Business Suite or directly in your Facebook Page settings. Only then try to connect your account again.

  • Log out and connect Facebook again using the correct account.
  • If the connection was already active, refresh it or disconnect and reconnect it.
  • If someone else manages the site, ask for appropriate access before trying again.

What to do next after connecting the page

Once the Facebook Page is connected, you can prepare a post from scratch or based on an OLX advertisement, refine the description and publish it immediately or schedule it for later.

If you want to go faster, start with one page and one simple post. This is the fastest way to check that everything is set up exactly as you need it.
