Last updated: 05/10/2026
1. Key features
Spreenity lets you publish posts to Facebook and Instagram from one dashboard — including promoting your OLX listings.
- Publish to Facebook Pages and Instagram Business/Creator accounts.
- Import OLX listings and promote them on your social media profiles.
- Publish immediately or schedule for a future time of your choice.
- GenAI: auto-generate captions and hashtags tailored to your posts and OLX listings.
- Publishing Panel and History with per-platform results, alerts, and attempt timelines.
- Content templates with ready-made ideas.
- Subscription billing with VAT invoices and plan limits.
- GDPR tools: consent tracking and account deletion.
2. Quick start
- Create an account with email and password, or continue with Google. Google registration still requires the current account-creation consent.
- Complete the billing profile during onboarding.
- Choose a plan or start a 14-day trial on Starter or Growth.
- Connect your Facebook and/or Instagram accounts in the "Accounts" section.
- Create a new post or import an OLX listing, select platforms, and confirm publishing after Spreenity checks readiness for the selected destinations.
3. Why Spreenity is very simple
- Why is Spreenity very simple? Because it keeps the daily workflow in one place: prepare one post, choose Facebook and/or Instagram, publish now or schedule it, then check the result in the Publishing Panel and History.
- Does simple mean no setup? No. You still need to create an account, accept the required consent, set up MFA for important actions, and connect publishing accounts. Spreenity simplifies the daily publishing work after those steps instead of hiding required settings.
- What saves the most time? One dashboard, one piece of content for two channels, optional OLX listing import, AI help for the caption, and clear alerts when a specific platform needs your action.

4. How to connect a Facebook Page — scenarios
A Facebook Page is a business-type account for brands and organisations. You must be the owner or an admin of the Page to connect it to Spreenity.
- Scenario A — you own the Page: go to the "Accounts" section, click "Connect Facebook", log in, and grant access. After the Facebook connection is completed, Spreenity imports the Pages your account can access.
- Scenario B — you manage someone else's Page: make sure you have the "Admin" role or the "Create content" task on that Page. Then follow scenario A.
- Scenario C — you have multiple Pages: one Facebook connection can import several Pages. If only one Page is available, it may be selected automatically. If several Pages are available, Facebook publishing requires one selected Page.
- Page not visible during connection? Check that the personal Facebook account you use to log in to Spreenity has access to the Page in Meta Business Suite or directly on Facebook.

5. How to connect Instagram — scenarios
You connect Instagram to Spreenity directly only. A Facebook Page is no longer a supported way to connect or publish to Instagram.
- A professional Instagram account is required: Business or Creator.
- Step 1 — switch to a professional account: open Instagram Settings → "Account type and tools" → "Switch to professional account".
- Step 2 — connect in Spreenity: in the "Accounts" section, click "Connect Instagram" and sign in directly with your Instagram account.
- You can still connect a Facebook Page separately for Facebook publishing, but that connection no longer connects Instagram.
- Issue: connection not appearing? Make sure you are signing in to the correct Instagram account and that the account is set to Business or Creator.

6. OLX — import and promote your listings
Spreenity lets you use your active OLX listings as the starting point for a promotional Facebook or Instagram post. It does not create a separate listing on those platforms. Instead, the composer gets the copy with a link back to the OLX offer and the listing's first image.
- How does it work? In the post composer, choose "Create a post from an OLX listing". Then pick your own active listing and Spreenity will bring the title, description, offer link, and first image into the composer. Imported OLX text, including the source link, is capped at 2000 characters.
- GenAI and OLX: with one click, generate an engaging post caption and hashtags based on your listing content. The style is automatically adjusted for the selected platform (Facebook or Instagram).
- Can I edit the imported content? Yes — after import you can freely change the text, replace the image, add your own media, or refine the post before publishing.
- Is OLX required to use Spreenity? No — OLX import is an optional feature. You can create posts without it.
- Which listings can I import? Only your own active listings publicly accessible via their OLX URL.
7. FAQs
- When does a post publish? You can publish immediately or schedule for a chosen future time within the current billing period (up to about 30 days ahead).
- Can I sign in with Google? Yes — Google is used for access to your Spreenity account. Publishing connections such as Facebook, Instagram, or OLX are connected separately in the dashboard.
- Do I need to set up MFA? You can browse the dashboard and complete basic profile details before setup, but publishing, connecting accounts, billing, and other important actions require MFA confirmation.
- Can I post video? Video posting is available on Pro and Premium plans.
- Can I change a scheduled post time? Yes, you can cancel it or move it only to a later time.
- Where do I disconnect an account? Use the "Accounts" section in the dashboard.
- Where can I see a failed publication? Start in the "Publishing Panel" under "Action required"; the full attempt timeline is available in "History".
- What does "Action required" mean? Publishing on that platform cannot finish until you react, for example by reconnecting the account, selecting a Page, or fixing the media.
- How do automatic retries work? For temporary issues, Spreenity retries after about 5, 15, and 45 minutes. When the issue needs your decision, you see an alert instead of more automatic attempts.
- How do I repair a connection from an alert? Open the alert in the Publishing Panel and use the repair button. It opens the Accounts section with the affected platform highlighted.
- Where can I see the publishing history? Check the "History" section in the dashboard. Details show each platform attempt, error code, last attempt time, and result.
- Where do I change e-mail notifications for publishing failures? In your profile you can turn off publishing failure e-mails. In-app alerts stay enabled.
- How many platforms can I publish to at once? Both Facebook and Instagram at the same time, or just one — you decide per post.
8. Plans, limits, and billing
- The trial lasts 14 days, is available once per account, and can be started only on Starter or Growth; no charges are collected during the trial (card required at checkout).
- Pro or Premium can be scheduled during the trial, but the change starts only after the trial ends. Until then, access stays on the active trial plan, and the scheduled change can be cancelled before the trial ends.
- After the trial, upgrades can take effect immediately with explicit consent; downgrades are scheduled for the next billing period.
- Post limits apply per billing cycle; each platform target counts as one post in the counter.
9. GenAI: flow, usage, limits, and use cases
- How does it work? In the post composer, select an image or import an OLX listing, choose the target platforms, and start content generation. The system checks your plan and available limits, then prepares a suggested caption.
- What can I use it for? To quickly create captions and hashtags for: promoting OLX listings on Facebook and Instagram, product or service promotions, announcements and news, seasonal campaigns, and different content variations tailored to a specific platform and target audience.
- Can I set GenAI defaults? Yes. In your profile, under the "GenAI preferences" section, you can save default industry, tone, emoji preference, target audience, and campaign goal.
- Can I override these settings per post? Yes. In the post composer, open the "Campaign specifics" section to temporarily override defaults for the current generation only.
- What do I receive? You get one unified suggestion in Polish (caption + hashtags), tailored to the selected platforms. You can insert it into your post with a single click.
- Does it use credits? Yes — 1 generation = 1 credit. A credit is deducted only when the content is successfully generated. If a technical error occurs, no credit is used.
- Which plans include this feature? GenAI is available on all plans: Starter, Growth, Pro, and Premium. Monthly limits: • Starter – 5 AI post proposals • Growth – 35 AI post proposals • Pro – 150 AI post proposals • Premium – 350 AI post proposals. Limits reset at the start of each new billing period.
- Are there speed limits? Yes. On Starter, Growth, and Pro, you can generate up to 5 requests per minute. On Premium, up to 15 requests per minute. If you reach the limit, simply wait a moment and try again.
- Are my generated suggestions stored? Generated suggestions are not stored separately. They are saved only if you choose to use them in your post.
10. File limits and requirements
- Images: max 10 MB, JPG/PNG/WebP (HEIC/HEIF are converted to JPG).
- Minimum image size 600×600; larger images are resized to fit within 1920×1080.
- Video: max 90 MB by default, MP4/WebM/MOV formats.
- Video duration: 2–60 seconds.
11. Connections and common issues
- Facebook: you must have Page access/task access on the Page. Check roles in Meta Business Suite or in Page Settings.
- Instagram: a professional (Business/Creator) account is required. Instagram is connected directly only — see section 4 for details. Connecting a Facebook Page no longer connects Instagram.
- Connection expired or broken? An alert in the Publishing Panel can take you directly to the Accounts section with the affected platform highlighted. You can also go there manually and click "Refresh connection" or reconnect the account.
- Not seeing your Pages during connection? Make sure you are logged in with the correct Facebook account and that you have access to the Pages in Meta Business Suite.
12. Security and GDPR
- Consent is required at registration and visible in your profile.
- Google sign-in does not bypass consent: required account consent applies when the account is created, while marketing and analytics consents remain separate choices.
- If the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy version is updated, you must accept the new version on your next login.
- MFA works with authenticator apps such as Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, and other compatible apps. Spreenity does not use SMS or e-mail codes as an MFA method.
- You can set up MFA by scanning the QR code or by manually entering the key shown below the QR code.
- After setup, save your recovery codes. They are shown only once, and each code can be used once to start login recovery and authenticator replacement. A recovery code does not replace a fresh MFA code.
- A trusted device can skip routine MFA confirmation for 5 days, but important actions may still require a fresh code from your authenticator app.
- You can delete your account from the dashboard; data handling follows the Privacy Policy.
- Social platform tokens are stored in encrypted form.
- Publishing failure e-mails include only the platform, stable error code, short explanation, and dashboard link. They do not include access data, external service responses, media links, or the full post content.
13. Support
- Contact: support@spreenity.pl.
- The same address, support@spreenity.pl, may also be used to report allegedly unlawful content or misuse of Spreenity; identify the account, post, or link and describe the issue.
- For publishing issues, check the Publishing Panel and History first. If you still contact support, include the platform name, stable error code, or an alert screenshot; do not send access data, private media links, or the full post content.
14. VAT invoices and KSeF integration
- After each subscription payment, check the "Billing" section for the transaction details, and download the VAT invoice once the document has its KSeF number assigned.
- Invoices are issued in PLN or EUR depending on your chosen billing currency.
- You do not need to look for KSeF details outside the "Billing" section.
- Once an invoice has its KSeF number assigned, you will see it on the invoice and in the transaction details in the "Billing" section.
- Billing details (VAT ID/NIP, company name, address) are set in your billing profile settings. You can update them before your next payment.
- Invoices from previous periods are available in your billing history for the lifetime of your account.
