FAQ & help - Spreenity

Last updated: 06/18/2026 16:04

1. Key Features

Spreenity helps you post to Facebook, Instagram, Google Business and TikTok from one dashboard. Your own OLX ads can be the basis for a post, and saved links can help you prepare a draft of the post.

  • Publication on Facebook Page, Instagram Business/Creator, Google Business and TikTok.
  • Import OLX ads and promote them on Facebook, Instagram, Google Business or TikTok.
  • OLX remains a content source, not a publishing channel.
  • Save the public link to your dashboard and then generate an editable draft post from it in composer.
  • Publication immediately or scheduled for a selected future date.
  • AI Assistant: Automatically generate a common description and separate versions for Facebook, Instagram, Google Business and TikTok, along with hashtags and a link or action button where it fits the feed.
  • Publications panel and History with results, alerts and publication attempts for each platform.
  • A library of content templates with ready-made ideas.
  • Subscriptions with VAT invoices and plan limit control.
  • GDPR tools: registering consents and deleting an account.

2. Quick start

  1. Create an account with email and password or via Google. In both cases, you must accept current consents when creating an account.
  2. Complete your billing profile during onboarding.
  3. Choose a plan or start a 14-day trial of Starter or Growth.
  4. Connect your Facebook, Instagram, Google Business and/or TikTok accounts in the "Accounts" tab.
  5. Create a new post, import an OLX ad or select a previously saved link, select platforms and confirm publication after checking the readiness of the selected publication places.

3. Why Spreenity is very simple

  • Why is Spreenity very simple? Because it guides you through one simple process: you prepare a common post, optionally match the description to Facebook, Instagram, Google Business and/or TikTok, publish immediately or set a date, and then check the result in the Publishing and History panel.
  • Does simplicity mean no configuration? NO. You still need to create an account, accept required consents, set up MFA for important activities, and connect accounts for publishing. Spreenity simplifies your daily workflow following these steps, rather than hiding the settings you need.
  • What shortens the work the most? One panel, one material for several channels, optional content variants for individual platforms, OLX ad import, saved links, AI help with description and clear alerts when a specific platform requires a response.

4. How to connect Facebook Page - variants

Facebook Page is an account type intended for businesses and brands. You must be the owner or administrator of a site to connect it to Spreenity.

  • Option A - you have your own Page: go to the "Accounts" tab, click "Connect Facebook", log in and allow access. Once Facebook is connected, Spreenity will download the pages you have access to.
  • Option B - You're managing someone else's page: make sure you have the "Admin" role or the "Content Management" task on the page. Then proceed as in option A.
  • Option C - You have several pages: one Facebook connection can download several pages. If one page is available, it can be set automatically. If there are more pages, one selected page must be set to publish on Facebook.
  • Problems with Page visibility? Check if the personal account you use to log in to Spreenity has access to the Page in Meta Business Suite or directly on Facebook.

5. How to connect Instagram - variants

You can only connect Instagram directly in Spreenity. Facebook Page is no longer used to link or post to Instagram.

  • An Instagram professional account: Business or Creator is required.
  • Step 1 - Switch to a professional account: In Instagram settings, select "Account type and tools" → "Switch to a professional account".
  • Step 2 - Connect to Spreenity: Under the "Accounts" tab, click "Connect Instagram" and log in directly with your Instagram account.
  • You can connect the Facebook Page separately only for publishing on Facebook. Facebook Connection no longer connects Instagram.
  • Connection problem? Make sure you're signed in to the correct Instagram account and that the account status is Business or Creator.

6. How to connect Google Business Profile - variants

Google Business Profile is used to publish local posts on Google Business. Spreenity supports Google Business text and photo posts; video requires Google to be disabled from selected channels.

  • Option A - You have one location: under the "Accounts" tab, click "Connect Google Business", sign in with the Google account that manages your business profile, and let Spreenity download available locations.
  • Option B - You have multiple locations or corporate accounts: One active Google connection can contain multiple available parent accounts and locations. In the "Accounts" tab, you can refresh the list and set default locations.
  • Option C - You change your Google account: Spreenity supports one active Google connection per user. Connecting with a different Google account replaces the previous active connection.
  • Posting requires a linked Google Business Profile and a location that can post locally. If the location isn't visible, check eligibility, profile verification, and integration availability for your account.
  • In the post creator, you select Google Business for a specific post. The approved publication saves the selected locations as the next default setting.

7. How to connect TikTok - variants

You connect TikTok in Spreenity in the "Accounts" tab. Before navigating to TikTok Spreenity shows required confirmation of TikTok's posting policies, including Branded Content Policy and Music Usage Confirmation.

  • Option A - you have a TikTok account: go to the "Accounts" tab, click "Connect TikTok", read the confirmation, go to TikTok and grant access to the post.
  • For publication, current TikTok creator data, visible account context, manually selected privacy level and confirmation of the declaration before sending the post are required.
  • Spreenity supports posting TikTok photos and videos if your account, current creator details, and TikTok settings allow your chosen post type.
  • Promotional content requires proper tagging according to TikTok options. If TikTok requires a response, you'll see a block or alert before posting.

8. OLX - import and promote ads

Spreenity allows you to use your active ads from OLX as a basis for a promotional post on Facebook, Instagram, Google Business or TikTok. This does not create a separate ad on these websites or publish it to OLX - the content with a link to the offer from OLX and the first photo of the ad are sent to the composer.

  • How does it work? In the post creator, select the "Create post from OLX ad" option. Then select your own active ad - Spreenity will download the title, description, link to the offer and first photo to the composer. The imported OLX text, along with the link to the source, can be a maximum of 2000 characters.
  • AI and OLX assistant: you can generate a common description, separate versions for Facebook, Instagram, Google Business and TikTok, and hashtags based on the content of the ad in one click. The system will adapt the style and link or action button to the selected platforms.
  • Can I edit imported content? Yes - after importing, you can freely change the text, replace the photo or add your own materials before publishing.
  • Is OLX required to use Spreenity? No - OLX import is an additional feature. You can create posts without using OLX.
  • What ads can I import? Only your own, active ads available publicly under the OLX link.

  • How many platforms can I publish to at once? You can choose Facebook, Instagram, Google Business and TikTok, or just some channels - it's up to you for each post.

10. Questions from small business owners

  • Does a social media planner make sense for a small company? Yes, if it helps you maintain regularity, return to ideas and publish without manually rewriting content in several places.
  • Is Spreenity a Polish tool? Yes. Spreenity has a Polish interface, is targeted at small companies in Poland and supports VAT/KSeF invoices.

11. Plans, limits and settlements

  • The trial period lasts 14 days, is available only once per account and can only be started on the Starter or Growth plan; We do not charge any fees during the trial (the card is required at checkout).
  • You can schedule a Pro or Premium plan during your trial, but it won't take effect until your trial ends. Until then, your current trial plan remains in effect, and you can cancel your scheduled change before the trial ends.
  • After completing the trial, the upgrade can take effect immediately with your consent, and the downgrade is scheduled for the next billing period.
  • The post limit is calculated per billing period; publication on each platform is a separate post in the counter. With Google Business, each selected location is counted separately.

12. AI assistant - content generation, limits and possibilities

  • How does it work? In the post creator, you select a photo, import an OLX ad or select a saved link, select platforms and start generating content. The system checks your plan and available limits and prepares a proposed description.
  • What can I use it for? To quickly create descriptions and hashtags for: promotion of OLX ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google Business and TikTok, products and services, announcements and news, saved public links, seasonal campaigns, various variants of content tailored to a specific platform and target group.
  • Can I set my default GenAI preferences? Yes. In your profile, in the "GenAI Settings" section, you can save the default: industry, tone, emoji, target group and campaign goal.
  • Can I change these settings for a specific post? Yes. In the post builder, expand the "Campaign Details" section, where you can temporarily override the default preferences for the current generation only.
  • What do I get? The AI assistant fills in the fields of selected channels in Polish: Facebook gets natural text with a few hashtags in the content, Instagram gets a separate description and hashtags, Google gets a concise summary and an optional action button, and TikTok gets a short description with hashtags in the content. The base content of the post is also supplemented, so that channels without a separate version still have a ready description. The Google action button and campaign link only accept safe public addresses starting with http:// or https://.
  • Does generating use credits? Yes - 1 generation = 1 credit. Credit is only taken if the content has been generated correctly. If a technical error occurs, the credit will not be used.
  • What plans is the feature available on? GenAI is available on all plans: Starter, Growth, Pro and Premium. Monthly limits: • Starter – 5 AI post suggestions • Growth – 35 AI post suggestions • Pro – 150 AI post suggestions • Premium – 350 AI post suggestions. Limits are renewed with the new billing period.
  • Are there speed limits? Yes. On the Starter, Growth and Pro plans you can perform up to 5 generation per minute, and on the Premium plan up to 15 per minute. When you exceed the limit, just wait a while and try again.
  • Are my suggestions saved? Generated proposals are not stored separately. They will only be saved in the system when you use them in your post.
  • How does saved link AI work? Generate from link uses OpenAI hosted web_search, but only for the selected saved link. The result goes into the composer's editable fields and does not publish, schedule a post, or add media automatically.

13. File limits and requirements

  • Photos: max 10 MB, JPG/PNG/WebP formats (HEIC/HEIF are converted to JPG).
  • Minimum photo size 600×600; larger photos are scaled to 1920×1080.

  • Connection expired or dropped? An alert in the "Publications Panel" may take you directly to the "Accounts" tab with the platform highlighted. You can also go there manually and click "Refresh Connection" or reconnect your account.
  • Can't see your pages when connecting? Make sure you are logged in with the correct Facebook account and have access to the pages in Meta Business Suite.

15. Security and GDPR

  • Consents are required upon registration and visible in your profile.
  • Sign in with Google does not bypass consents: required consent applies to account creation, and marketing and analytics consents remain separate choices.
  • If the version of the Regulations or Privacy Policy is updated, you must accept the new version of the documents the next time you log in.
  • MFA works with authentication apps like Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, and other compatible apps. We do not use SMS or email codes as an MFA method.
  • You can configure MFA by scanning the QR code or manually by entering the key visible under the QR code.
  • After setup, write down your recovery codes. They are only shown once and each code works once and starts login recovery and authenticator app replacement. The recovery code does not replace fresh MFA code.
  • A trusted device can skip regular MFA confirmation for 5 days, but important actions may still require a fresh code from the app.
  • You can delete an account from the panel; data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • Tokens for social media platforms are stored in encrypted form.
  • Saved links and optional post intents are user data. Spreenity only accepts safe public http/https addresses, blocks access data and token-like parameters in the link before saving or using AI, and the metadata of search sources is processed transiently and does not reach the post content.
  • Failed publication emails only contain the platform, a stable error code, a short description and a link to the dashboard. They do not contain access data, responses from external websites, links to media or the full content of the post.

16. Support

  • Contact: support@spreenity.pl.
  • The address support@spreenity.pl is also used to report suspected illegal content or abuse of Spreenity; In your report, indicate the account, post or link and describe the problem.
  • If you have problems with publishing, first check the "Publications Panel" and "History". If you are still writing to support, please provide the name of the platform, a stable error code or a screenshot of the alert; do not send access data, links to private media or the full content of the post.

17. VAT invoices and integration with KSeF

  • After each subscription payment, you can check the details in the "Settlements" tab in the panel, and you will download the invoice when the document has already been assigned a KSeF number.
  • Invoices are issued in PLN or EUR according to the selected settlement currency.
  • You don't have to look for information about KSeF separately outside the "Settlements" tab.
  • Once the invoice has been assigned a KSeF number, you will see it on the invoice and in the transaction details in the "Settlements" tab.
  • You complete the invoice data (Tax Identification Number, company name, address) in the billing profile settings. You can update them before your next payment.
  • Invoices from previous periods are available in the settlement history for the entire duration of the account.
