1. Key features

Spreenity lets you publish posts to Facebook and Instagram from one dashboard — including promoting your OLX listings.

2. Quick start

  1. Create an account and confirm your email.
  2. Complete the billing profile during onboarding.
  3. Choose a plan or start a trial.
  4. Connect your Facebook and/or Instagram accounts in the "Accounts" section.
  5. Create a new post or import an OLX listing, select platforms, and publish.

3. How to connect a Facebook Page — scenarios

A Facebook Page is a business-type account for brands and organisations. You must be the owner or an admin of the Page to connect it to Spreenity.

  • Scenario A — you own the Page: go to the "Accounts" section, click "Connect Facebook", log in, and grant access. Spreenity will show all Pages you have access to — select the right one.
  • Scenario B — you manage someone else's Page: make sure you have the "Admin" role or the "Create content" task on that Page. Then follow scenario A.
  • Scenario C — you have multiple Pages: you can connect each Page separately and choose the target Page for every post.
  • Page not visible during connection? Check that the personal Facebook account you use to log in to Spreenity has access to the Page in Meta Business Suite or directly on Facebook.

4. How to connect Instagram — scenarios

You can connect Instagram to Spreenity in two ways: via a Facebook Page (for Business and Creator accounts) or directly — if your Instagram account is not linked to any Facebook Page.

  • Scenario A — Instagram Business account (via Facebook): for companies, shops, and venues. Provides full access to insights and advertising tools. Requires a professional (Business) account linked to a Facebook Page.
  • Scenario B — Instagram Creator account (via Facebook): for content creators, influencers, and freelancers. Offers personal brand management tools. Requires a professional (Creator) account linked to a Facebook Page.
  • Scenario C — direct Instagram connection (no Facebook Page): if your Instagram account is not linked to any Facebook Page, you can connect directly. In the "Accounts" section, click "Connect Instagram" and log in with your Instagram account — no Facebook login required.
  • How to connect via Facebook (scenarios A and B) — step 1: switch to a professional account — open Instagram Settings → "Account type and tools" → "Switch to professional account".
  • Step 2 — link to a Facebook Page: in Instagram Settings, select "Linked Facebook Pages" and choose the correct Page.
  • Step 3 — connect in Spreenity: go to the "Accounts" section, click "Connect Instagram", and log in via Facebook. Spreenity will automatically detect the linked Instagram account.
  • Issue: Instagram not appearing in the list? Make sure the account is set to professional and linked to the same Facebook Page you are connecting in Spreenity. If you have no Facebook Page, use Scenario C (direct connection).

5. OLX — import and promote your listings

Spreenity lets you import your active OLX listings and turn them into ready-to-publish posts on Facebook and Instagram.

  • How does it work? In the post composer, choose "Import from OLX". Paste the listing URL — Spreenity will pull in the title, description, and images.
  • GenAI and OLX: with one click, generate an engaging post caption and hashtags based on your listing content. The style is automatically adjusted for the selected platform (Facebook or Instagram).
  • Can I edit the imported content? Yes — after import you can freely change the text, pick different images, or add your own description before publishing.
  • Is OLX required to use Spreenity? No — OLX import is an optional feature. You can create posts without it.
  • Which listings can I import? Only your own active listings publicly accessible via their OLX URL.

6. FAQs

  • When does a post publish? You can publish immediately or schedule for a chosen future time within the current billing period (up to about 30 days ahead).
  • Can I post video? Video posting is available on Pro and Premium plans.
  • Can I change a scheduled post time? Yes, you can cancel it or move it only to a later time.
  • Where do I disconnect an account? Use the "Accounts" section in the dashboard.
  • Where can I see the publishing history? Check the "History" section in the dashboard.
  • How many platforms can I publish to at once? Both Facebook and Instagram at the same time, or just one — you decide per post.

7. Plans, limits, and billing

  • The trial lasts 14 days and is available once per account; no charges during the trial (card required at checkout).
  • Plan changes during the trial take effect after the trial ends.
  • After the trial, upgrades can take effect immediately with explicit consent; downgrades are scheduled for the next billing period.
  • Post limits apply per billing cycle; each platform target counts as one post in the counter.

8. GenAI: flow, usage, limits, and use cases

  • How does it work? In the post composer, select an image or import an OLX listing, choose the target platforms, and start content generation. The system checks your plan and available limits, then prepares a suggested caption.
  • What can I use it for? To quickly create captions and hashtags for: promoting OLX listings on Facebook and Instagram, product or service promotions, announcements and news, seasonal campaigns, and different content variations tailored to a specific platform and target audience.
  • Can I set GenAI defaults? Yes. In your profile, under the "GenAI preferences" section, you can save default industry, tone, emoji preference, target audience, and campaign goal.
  • Can I override these settings per post? Yes. In the post composer, open the "Campaign specifics" section to temporarily override defaults for the current generation only.
  • What do I receive? You get one unified suggestion in Polish (caption + hashtags), tailored to the selected platforms. You can insert it into your post with a single click.
  • Does it use credits? Yes — 1 generation = 1 credit. A credit is deducted only when the content is successfully generated. If a technical error occurs, no credit is used.
  • Which plans include this feature? GenAI is available in the Pro and Premium plans. Monthly limits: • Pro – 150 AI post proposals • Premium – 350 AI post proposals Limits reset at the start of each new billing period.
  • Are there speed limits? Yes. In the Pro plan, you can generate up to 5 requests per minute. In Premium, up to 15 requests per minute. If you reach the limit, simply wait a moment and try again.
  • Are my generated suggestions stored? Generated suggestions are not stored separately. They are saved only if you choose to use them in your post.

9. File limits and requirements

  • Images: max 10 MB, JPG/PNG/WebP (HEIC/HEIF are converted to JPG).
  • Minimum image size 600×600; larger images are resized to fit within 1920×1080.
  • Video: max 90 MB by default, MP4/WebM/MOV formats.
  • Video duration: 2–60 seconds.

10. Connections and common issues

  • Facebook: you must have Page access/task access on the Page. Check roles in Meta Business Suite or in Page Settings.
  • Instagram: a professional (Business/Creator) account is required. You can connect via Facebook (requires a linked Facebook Page) or directly without a Facebook Page — see section 4 for details.
  • Token expired or connection broken? Go to the "Accounts" section and click "Refresh connection", or disconnect and reconnect the account.
  • Not seeing your Pages during connection? Make sure you are logged in with the correct Facebook account and that you have access to the Pages in Meta Business Suite.

11. Security and GDPR

  • Consent is required at registration and visible in your profile.
  • If the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy version is updated, you must accept the new version on your next login.
  • You can delete your account from the dashboard; data handling follows the Privacy Policy.
  • Social platform tokens are stored in encrypted form.

13. VAT invoices and KSeF integration

  • VAT invoices are issued automatically after each subscription payment and are available for download in the "Billing" section of your dashboard.
  • Invoices are issued in PLN or EUR depending on your chosen billing currency.
  • Spreenity is integrated with the Polish National e-Invoice System (KSeF) — invoices are automatically submitted to KSeF and receive a KSeF number confirming their registration.
  • The KSeF number is shown on the invoice and in transaction details in the "Billing" section.
  • Billing details (VAT ID/NIP, company name, address) are set in your billing profile settings. You can update them before your next payment.
  • Invoices from previous periods are available in your billing history for the lifetime of your account.
