VAT and KSeF invoices in Spreenity: how it works
If you just want to know what happens to your VAT invoice after paying for the subscription and where KSeF is in all this, it looks quite simple from your perspective. You complete your billing details, pay for the plan, and then check everything in "Billing" without having to run to several places.

First, set your invoice details
To start, it is worth completing your billing profile. This is where you enter the data that will appear on the invoice, for example your Tax Identification Number, company name or your details and billing address.
This is a good time to check everything calmly before paying. The biggest confusion usually comes not from the invoice itself, but from a typo in the company name or old address details.
After payment, please see Billing
After each subscription payment, check the "Billing" tab in the panel. This is where you can check the details of the transaction and see the moment when the document is ready to be opened and downloaded.
This is especially convenient when you return to the documents only after a few days or when you transfer them to accounting later. You have order in your settlement history and it is easier to check what a specific payment was for without having to guess whether the invoice is already available.

You can check KSeF on the invoice
From your perspective, the most important thing is that when the document has already been assigned a KSeF number, you will see this number next to the invoice in "Settlements". This is also the simplest signal that you can open the right document without looking for additional confirmation.
- Once the document has been assigned a KSeF number, you will see it directly next to the invoice.
- At the same time, the invoice is available for opening and downloading in the "Settlements" tab.
- You can also check the same number in the transaction details if you want to quickly confirm the correct document.
Currency and data change work according to a simple principle
Invoices are issued in PLN or EUR, depending on the selected settlement currency. If you want your next invoice to be issued with different data, it is best to update your billing profile before the next payment.
- You can complete and correct the invoice data in the billing profile settings.
- It is worth saving the new data before the next payment if they are to be included in the next document.
- Previous invoices remain in your billing history, so you can come back to them later without digging through your inbox and notes.
The easiest way to have peace of mind about it
In practice, a simple habit works best: you set the correct data once, after payment you go to "Settlements", and you download the document when it has already been assigned a KSeF number. If necessary, you check the same number in the same place, without additional running between several tools.
If you want to have publishing posts and settlement documents at hand, this arrangement simply makes it easier to handle these matters on a daily basis in one place.
