How to post one post on Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok

If you want to post one topic on Facebook, Instagram, Google Business and TikTok, you don't have to do it separately in several places. With Spreenity, you start with a master description, match versions to channels, choose where to post, and check required settings before posting straight away or setting a deadline.

Start by checking your accounts

Before you create a post, make sure you have the correct profiles connected. To publish on Facebook you need a Facebook Page, for Instagram you need a professional Business or Creator account, for Google you need a Google Business Profile connection with a location ready to publish, and for TikTok you need a separate connection and check the required channel settings.

If you don't have any platform connected yet, do it first in the "Accounts" tab. This saves you time and eliminates the most common reason why your post doesn't end up where you want it to.

Prepare a main description and match it to the channels

Add a photo or start with an OLX ad if you are promoting a specific offer. Then enter the main description in your own words or refine it with AI if you want to prepare the first version faster.

Simple text that can be slightly adjusted works best. On Facebook you can leave more context and a link, on Instagram you can shorten the first sentence and take care of hashtags, on Google Business Profile you can focus on a local message and a clear next step, and on TikTok you can check whether the common description matches the photo or video.

Short cheat sheet: what are the differences between channels

One topic can have several short versions instead of several separate campaigns. First, write the main information, and then decide which channel should get more context, which should have a stronger first sentence, which should have the shortest local message, and which should require additional checking of the material.

Channel comparison for one post
CanalWhen to useThe most important limitation
FacebookBest for when you need more context, a link, or information for regular customers.Make sure that the description is not too general and that the link leads to a public website.
InstagramIt is best when the photo or video itself shows the offer, and the description only guides the recipient. The post cannot be just text; prepare visual material.
Google Business ProfileBest for short local news.In Spreenity, choose text or photo; leave the video for other channels.
TikTokBest when the subject works as a short photo or video material.Check the material, common description and required settings before publishing.

The safest choice

If you don't have time for several versions, leave one specific description and remove elements that don't fit a given channel: too long an intro on Instagram, generic text in Google, no link in the Facebook post, or a description that doesn't match the content on TikTok.

Select Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok for the same post

In the post creator, select the platforms that will receive the same publication. You work on one topic, but you can leave separate wording for Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile if a given channel needs a different style. With TikTok, check common content, material and required settings before publishing.

Before confirming, it is worth checking whether the selected accounts, photos, description and date are ready. If something needs fixing for just one platform, Spreenity will show you where to go back without deleting the entire post.

Also remember to match the material: Facebook tolerates a longer description well, Instagram relies more on photos or videos, Google Business Profile is best treated as a short, local update for a selected location, and TikTok requires special checking of the material and channel settings.

  • Select Facebook if you only want to post to your page.
  • Select Instagram if you want the post to appear only there.
  • Select Google Business if you want the post to go to Google Business.
  • Select TikTok if the content and settings are ready for this channel.
  • Select several channels if you want to publish one topic in several places simultaneously.

Decide: publication now or later

When the content is ready, you choose one of two simple variants. You can publish immediately or set a specific date and time if you prefer to schedule communication in advance.

This is especially useful when you want to prepare several offers at once, but show them to customers on different days. Then you don't have to come back to the post at a specific time.

Practical tip

If you are promoting a time-limited offer, set the publication date immediately when creating the post. It's easier to stay organized than to have to go back to it manually later.

After publication, check the result and replicate a good pattern

After sending your post, it's worth checking your publication history to make sure everything went where you planned. It's a quick way to stay organized and not have to wonder later what has already been published.

If the publication is not completed, start from the "Publications Panel". You will see which platform is affected by the problem and where you can correct it.

When there are issues that require your decision, you'll see a clear message so you don't have to guess whether to return to your account, material, content or appointment.
