How to link your Google Business Profile for publication
Google Business Profile in Spreenity is used to publish local posts on Google Business. This is a separate connection from logging in via Google, so the account for entering the app and the account for publishing may require separate preparation.

First, check access to your Company Profile
To connect, you need a Google account that has access to your Google Business Profile and can see the locations you want to post to. Before you start, make sure you're on the right account, especially if you support several brands or divisions.
- Make sure you're signed in with the correct Google account.
- Check if you see your business location in Google Business Profile.
- If you serve multiple brands or divisions, prepare a list of locations you want to receive posts.
How to connect Google Business Profile step by step
- Log in to Spreenity and go to the "Accounts" tab.
- Click the Google Business Profile connection.
- Sign in with a Google account that has access to your Company Profile.
- Confirm the required consents and return to the panel.
- Wait until available locations appear in the dashboard.
If you later connect another Google account, check your location list again. This is the easiest way to avoid publishing in the wrong place.

Select locations to publish
In the dashboard you will see locations ready to use for your post. If a location is missing or cannot be selected, first check access to it on the Google side and refresh the connection.
- You can set one or more default locations.
- When creating a post, you can choose specific locations for this publication.
- For subsequent posts, it is worth checking again whether the correct locations are selected.
What can be published on Google
Spreenity's Google Business Profile supports text and photo publishing on Google. If you select Google on a post with photos, Spreenity will keep the order of the photos and send them to the selected locations.
When you prepare a post for several places at once, Google can get its own text and its own incentive to act. Thanks to this, you don't have to enter a description written more specifically for Facebook or Instagram into Google.
Schedule videos for other channels
Google Business Profile can show video in its tools, but in Spreenity for Google, choose text or photo. If your content includes video, post it to channels that support this format.
If the location doesn't appear
First, refresh your Google connection in the "Accounts" tab. If the location still isn't showing, check Google to make sure the account has access to it and the location is ready to publish.
- Check if you're signed in with the correct Google account.
- Refresh the locations in your Google connection details.
- If the location is new or recently changed, wait for Google to update the data and try again.
