How to use post templates in Spreenity
Templates in Spreenity help you start your post without a blank page. You can select a ready-made idea, narrow the list by category, see the text with the substituted data and transfer the sketch to the creator. You still have full control: you tweak the content, channels, media and timing before publishing.

Go to the Templates tab
After logging in, open the "Templates" tab. On your phone you will find it in the top navigation along with the panel, accounts, posts and billing. The list shows ready-made post ideas that you can use as a starting point.

Narrow down your list to what you need now
If you don't want to browse the entire list, use filters. You can choose a language, category, industry, ready-made creative formats or search for text by name and content. The upcoming occasions switcher helps you quickly find templates related to upcoming dates.
- Select a category if you are looking for e.g. promotions, local services or industry ideas.
- Use the search engine when you remember a word from the topic of the post.
- Include deals from the next 30 days if you are preparing a seasonal entry.
- Leave "All" when you just want to find inspiration.

Check your finished text before using it
Each tile shows a title, category and ready-made content. If the template uses a date, occasion name, city or company name, Spreenity shows the text ready. Thanks to this, you can immediately see whether it matches your post.
This is still a sketch
The template does not publish the post automatically. After clicking "Use template", the content goes to the creator, where you can shorten it, add your own detail or change the publication channels.

Improve your sketch in the wizard
After using the template, you are taken to the new post creator. The content is already entered, but you can edit it normally. This is a good place to add a specific price, date, service name, local detail or a short call to action.

Match channels and media
The template may suggest default post types and channels, but before publishing, it's worth checking whether they fit your current situation. A promotional post may work better on Facebook and Google, and a visual post with a good photo may also work well on Instagram.
- Check which channels are selected in the wizard.
- Add a photo or video if the topic requires visual material.
- Read the text separately for each selected channel.
- With TikTok, check the required settings before publishing.
When is it worth changing the template more significantly?
The best effect is achieved by combining a ready-made structure with your specifics. If the text sounds too general, treat it as a framework: leave the layout, but mention examples, the first sentence or the ending.
- Add one specific piece of information: date, district, service or offer variant.
- Remove sentences that you wouldn't normally say to a customer.
- Change the first sentence if you want to show the promotion or problem more clearly to the recipient.
- Don't leave outdated dates, prices or availability information.
A simple pre-publication checklist
Before you click publish or schedule, take a moment to check. The template is intended to shorten the start, but the final responsibility for the content, offer and channels remains with you.
- Does the text talk about one specific thing?
- Are the company name, city, date and occasion correct?
- Does the post have an up-to-date photo or video if I need it?
- Do the selected channels match the post format?
- Are you posting now or is it better to schedule your post for later?
