Spreenity: Where can you post?

In Spreenity, you can prepare one post and publish it on selected channels: Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile and TikTok. Each platform works a little differently, so it's worth knowing the basic rules before publishing.

1. Facebook

In Spreenity you can connect and operate Facebook Pages, i.e. the so-called Facebook Pages.

This means that the publication applies to company pages, brands, organizations or public profiles, and not to private user profiles.

If you run a fan page for your company, you can connect it to Spreenity and publish posts there directly from the application.

2. Instagram

Spreenity supports posting to professional Instagram accounts, i.e. Business or Creator accounts.

To post to Instagram, you need to connect your Instagram account directly in Spreenity settings.

Facebook and Instagram are separate channels

Merely connecting a Facebook page is not enough. Facebook and Instagram are treated as separate channels in Spreenity, so each account must be connected separately.

You cannot post just text on Instagram. The post must contain at least one photo or video.

3. TikTok

Spreenity treats TikTok as a separate publishing channel that must be connected and checked before posting.

Before publishing on TikTok, pay attention to the photo or video, the common description and the required settings or choices that may be needed for this channel.

Check your settings before publishing

TikTok is not a shortcut to automatically uploading an unrevised sketch. Before publishing, you still check the content, material and required channel settings.

4. Google Business Profile

Spreenity also allows you to publish content in Google Business Profile, i.e. the company profile visible in Google and Google Maps.

The publication takes place as a local entry in the selected company card.

You can add text and photos to Google Business Profile. Spreenity does not currently support video publishing to Google Business Profile.

When you create a post, you choose the business location where the post will appear. If you have several locations, you can select the correct one before publishing.

In the "Accounts" tab you can see ready-made connections to publication places before preparing the post.

You can also add an action button, for example:

  • "Book",
  • "Buy now",
  • "More information",
  • "Register".

You can add a link to your website, form, offer or booking system to the button.

One post, different versions of the text

When you create a post in Spreenity, you can start with one common piece of content.

If you want, you can also prepare separate versions of the text for different platforms, for example different content for Facebook, different for Instagram and different for Google Business Profile. For TikTok, check the common description, material and required settings before publishing.

This is useful because each platform has a slightly different communication style. On Instagram, photos and hashtags are often more important, on Facebook the description can be more casual, on Google Business Profile the text should be specific and practical, and with TikTok it is worth making sure that the common content matches the material.

In the wizard, you can select several channels and select a Google location for the same publication.

Photos, videos and limits

  • You can add a maximum of 6 photos to one post.
  • Post content can be up to 2,200 characters long.
  • You can use video wherever the platform and your plan support it.
  • Spreenity's Google Business Profile only supports text and photos, no video.

Publish now or schedule

You can publish the finished post immediately or schedule it for later.

Thanks to this, you can prepare content in advance and set publication for a specific day and time.

This is especially useful if you want to communicate regularly, but don't want to remember to add posts manually every day.

Account security

Before you connect your social accounts or publish for the first time, Spreenity will ask you to complete your profile setup and enable additional account security.

This security helps protect access to publications, corporate accounts, and application settings.

Spreenity helps you create, schedule and publish posts from one place.

You can prepare one post, match it to Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile and TikTok, add photos or videos where supported, check the required feed settings, and then publish the content immediately or schedule it for later.
